During the off-season for Airbnb, Instant Book is going to be your best buddy. You eliminate one more barrier from your relationship with your future potential guest when you turn it on.

This enhances both the visitor experience and your position in the search results. Instant Book does exactly what it says on the tin: visitors may make reservations right away without the host’s consent.

On its website, Airbnb claims that hosts who use immediate booking can receive up to twice the number of reservations. Essentially weekdays and off-peak times are when they are more likely to stay rather than weekends and holidays.
